PROJECT BACKGROUND
To perform project is a continuation of UNHCR assiatance activities that were launched at the end of 2005 following the 7,6 magnitude earthquake that struck south asia devastating parts of northern Pakistan india and afghanistan in 8 october 2005 provision is made for assiatance delivery up to the end of april 2006.
OBJECTIVES
* Camp of population have adequate accomodation before they will be able to rebuild their dwellings in spring. * Assist the GOP inside planning and construction for new planned camp identified and setup of proper shelter,fencing, lighting and community spaces.
RESULTS AND OUTPUTS
* Improvement and setup of sensation system as well as waste disposal mechanisms as appropriate. * Latrines and washing facilities are available in every official. * spontaneous camps Project implemented property and adequate material and human resources available to best.

The standerd of 1 tenl and two plastic sheet per family is maintained Density of camps at basic minimum at least 30 m2/personls maintained New planned camp layout meets UNHCR standard.
